Hi, I’m Lydia…

At the heart of my business is my passion to empower people to make the most of this one life we've been given. I believe in dreaming big, and creating the life and career you really want.

As a certified career coach, I help career changers to figure out what they want, so that they can get paid to do work that fulfils them.

When I'm not working, I love relaxing at home with a gin and homemade pizza cooked in our garden pizza oven, as well as enjoying family adventures around the Sheffield area with my husband and our two children. Interesting factoid - I was part of a cheerleading squad that won the UK Championships in 2010, and have built my career on my natural ability to encourage and motivate others.
